Due to their size and weight our delivery lorries are not suitable for driving onto domestic driveways.

Delivery will therefore normally be made to the kerbside only.

 

If our driver is asked by the customer to undertake the unloading of a delivery where they feel that the access or unloading position is inappropriate for the truck and may cause material damage then the customer will be asked to sign a disclaimer.

Instances where our drivers may not be satisfied include, but are not limited to:

When asked to mount the pavement or verge with the truck

When asked to bring the lorry into a narrow entrance or driveway

On a site address where the road surface may not withstand the weight of the truck

When asked to crane delivery items over a wall or similar obstruction.

COVID-19 Returns Policy

Returns Policy

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have restrictions applied to us by our suppliers. We are unable to offer refunds on any goods ordered. We are able to provide credit notes for cancelled or returned items. With a nationwide shortage of most of our products,the majority of our orders are additional to what we would have been ordering or holding in stock, so we are unable to offer refunds.

All goods purchased by the Customer can be returned within 3 days of the delivery or purchase date which ever is latest and the Customer will be refunded in full on confirmation that the goods are in the same conditions as when delivered or taken from the premises. If collection is required the Customer will be liable for the additional collection cost and any labour cost that may be incurred during collection. The Seller will aim to rectify any returns within 7 days of notification wherever possible but will not accept any liability for delay beyond its control.
